General terms and conditions for participation in the free-of-charge car meeting 86 DACH Meet 2026
1. Participation
By participating, the following terms and conditions are accepted. Registration for the 86 DACH Meet 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the event) is required for guests with vehicles intended for display at the car meet (hereinafter referred to as the exhibition). The event is free of charge, and registration is only required for participants who wish to exhibit a vehicle on the event grounds.
2. Registration for Vehicle Exhibition
Registration as an exhibitor for the event takes place via the registration form on the 86 DACH website (hereinafter referred to as the organizer) or through direct contact with the team members. The registration is confirmed by providing the required information and is valid if the information is correct. If a registration cannot be considered, the organizer will inform the registrant or the registered person.
The organizer may set a registration deadline (even retroactively). After the registration deadline, registrations are only possible via email. In this case, please send a request to events@86dach.com.
3. Payment Terms
Not applicable. The event is free of charge for guests and exhibitors.
4. Withdrawal
Withdrawal from the event is possible at any time via Email.
5. Cancellation of Events.
The organizer has the right to cancel the event. In the case of insufficient registrations, natural events, cancellation by event partners, or other unforeseeable events, the organizer may exercise this right.
This also applies if the short-term cancellation of the event is not communicated to the participants. The possibilities for termination for good cause remain unaffected.
6. Exclusion from Participation
The organizer is entitled to exclude participants from further participation in special cases (e.g., disruption of the event and the operational process). In the event of a recurring disruption or disregard of the event rules, the organizer may issue a ban on the participant from future events. This ban applies only to events organized by the organizer (namely 86 DACH) and does not apply to events organized by event partners.
7. Liability
The organizer's liability for damages to the guests for any legal reason - including delay, impossibility, poor performance, and extracontractual (tortious) liability - is excluded, unless the damage was caused by the organizer through gross negligence or intent. If the organizer suffers damage as a result of a violation of this provision, it reserves the right to claim compensation for damages.
8. Data Protection and Storage
As part of the registration for the event, the following mandatory personal details must be provided. These include
- First and last name
- Email address
- Details about the motor vehicle
Mandatory information is marked with an asterisk *. Providing voluntary information enables us to plan the event in a more interesting way.
The data processing is carried out in accordance with the German GDPR (Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and is necessary for the fulfillment of participation in the event.
We use Google Forms to manage event registrations. By signing up, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed by 86 DACH, as Data Controller, and stored on Google's servers (which may be located outside of EEA). We collect this data solely to manage your participation in our events and you have rights regarding access or deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@86dach.com.
Your personal data will neither be published nor improperly disclosed to third parties.
9. Photo Notice
During our events photos and videos are taken for documentation purposes and post-event reporting purposes only! These recordings will be used on our website and social media platforms only! By registering you agree that recordings of your person and your vehicles may be used without any claim for compensation!
